- Identify deductions and credits to maximize tax savings for clients.
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Enrolled Agents, and Tax Attorneys.
- Maintain client confidentiality and resolve technical or service-related issues.
- Assist case managers in collecting information for tax returns.
- Package and mail tax returns to relevant authorities.
- 3 years of tax preparation experience.
- Active CTEC license and Certified Tax Preparer/PTIN holder.
- Proficiency in both business and individual tax returns.
- Background in business, finance, accounting, or tax preferred.
- Knowledge of tax laws, concepts, and IRS forms.
- Motivation to obtain additional tax credentials or certification.
- Strong research, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
- Current certified Enrolled Agent or licensed CPA.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
