Responsibilities
Description of Position:
Clean breakfast and lunch areas after each meal. Heat prepared meals for each lunch period. Receive and record temperatures for program meal deliveries. As needed, handle spot cleaning and spills during program hours. Perform cleaning duties following provided daily, weekly and monthly checklists, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. Duties may include notifying supervisor of need for repairs or building damage. This position will focus on keeping the meal facilities maintained and cleaned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years work experience in related field. Should be self-motivated; exhibit strong init iative and time management skills. Must have prior facilities maintenance experience and possess working knowledge of cleaning/maintenance equipment and tools of the trade. This position requires the ability to work independently and to work outdoors in adverse weather. Must be a detail-oriented, logical thinker, who is a motivated self-starter and able to work independently on assigned projects. Must be able to adapt and change to meet the needs of the organization and the community. Must possess a valid drivers license.
