    We are actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiting Manager with a unique blend of recruiting expertise and sales acumen. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process while also driving business development through client acquisition. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and a proven track record in sales, we invite you to join our fun and dynamic team of industry leaders.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide valuable insights to hiring teams.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices in recruitment.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs.
    • Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate terms and agreements.
    • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the client base.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategies for improvement.
    • Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
    • Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) regulations.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues proactively.
    Skills/Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in recruitment and sales, with a successful track record in both areas.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday
