    Description

    Looking to make a difference in the world? Baskervill is in search of a skilled lead Interior Designer or Architect to be part of our Workplace team. The ideal candidate will guide and support junior designers and architects, oversee multiple projects with attention to detail and a team-focused approach. We are dedicated to the evolution of design and are seeking an individual who will nurture innovation and teamwork.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage design and production from concept to construction,
    • Participate in client introductions and define project scopes,
    • Provide project management, design leadership, and technical guidance,
    • Lead multiple projects, offering support and guidance at every stage of design,
    • Mentor staff to ensure design and technical excellence,
    • Collaborate effectively with project team members and consultants,
    • Produce drawings in Revit, ensure quality control, and mentor staff throughout construction,
    • Engage with clients, build relationships, and present design deliverables.

    Requirements:

    • Architecture or Interior Design degree,
    • Over 10 years of professional experience,
    • Licensure or working towards it,
    • Proficient in Revit,
    • Project Management experience, including construction administration,
    • Track record of managing client relationships and overseeing design and construction,
    • Supervisory and teambuilding skills,
    • Willingness to travel, occasionally overnight.
