    Job DescriptionSalary: Commission & Rental Discount

    Rosano Capital Partners a leading commercial real estate Brokerage firm in Los Angeles is seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent who will specialize in the sale and/or lease of commercial real estate properties.

    We seek candidates that are aggressive self-starters, articulate, ambitious, persistent, competitive, organized, and can multi task in a fast paced environment. This individual must possess excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.

    A Candidate Must Demonstrate the Following:

    • Undergraduate College Degree
    • Real Estate License (Must)
    • Successful track record in sales is a MUST

    • Excellent writing skills
    • High degree of integrity and a positive attitude

    Agent Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Phone calls to prospects. Strong communications skills are a must
    • Analyze financial reports and prepare proposals to clients and prospects
    • Create offering memorandums with our marketing team
    • Conduct market research to become a market expert
    • Manage accounts and client relationships
