    Assistant Superintendent
    Location: Baltimore

    Full Time
    Salary: $65k - $70k

    We are searching for a professional and experienced superintendent to join our team at Liberty Construction. Our company specializes in interior build-outs for commercial healthcare offices, and we are excited to bring on new team members who shares our passion for quality construction.

    Our Assistant Superintendent play a crucial role in helping manage and oversee fast-paced projects (90–120 days) with high-end finishes. Attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with Project Managers, Architects and Owners will be key to ensuring the success of each project. You will manage all activities from the job sites, working closely with a Senior Superintendent and Project Manager on a daily basis, with the responsibility of coordinating daily operations between all jobs to meet the Project Schedule.

    To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in commercial construction. Additionally, experience with Procore or similar construction management software is required. This is a full-time position with benefits.     Qualifications:
    At least 2 Years of experience in Commercial Construction, At least 1 Year of Interior Fit Out experience.
    Experience with email and Procore, or similar software used for marking up drawings, and tracking RFIs and Punchlist.
    Proficient in reading architectural and MEP drawings and specifications.
    Excellent communication abilities and professional writing skills, ability to write technical emails to Architects and Project Managers.
    Experience managing construction schedules and coordinating with multiple trakes.
    In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction code.
    Must have your own personal vehicle for transportation and valid driver's license.
