Location: Pittsburg (PA), Lake Mary (FL)
Job Description: Microsoft D365 L2 Production support.
The associate will be responsible for providing Level 2 production support.
3-6 years of application support experience.
Proficient in Linux, and Windows platforms
Proficient in RMDBS and no SQL databases
Preferred Support experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
Exposure to Azure production support
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Incident and problem management.
Cross-functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time.
vulnerability management. Ensure vulnerabilities are reported and remediated on time.
Release management. Support release planning, implementation, and post-production support
Monitoring. Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting.
Incident Management. Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated, and resolved by SLA.
Priority would be resources who can join immediately or max 30 days' notice period.
