    Project Overview:

    Our team provides user interface components and guidance for 80+ Client-owned iOS apps. As part of this work, our team is responsible for addressing customer-submitted feedback and bugs related to our components and guidance. Resolving these issues in a timely manner is part of an ongoing service-level objective (SLO) of our organization.

    Overall Responsibilities:

    Your role will be to resolve bugs as efficiently as possible, both as part of an existing backlog of ~50 open issues as well as new issues as they come in, at a pace of ~20 / quarter.

    This role requires familiarity with both Swift and Objective-C, as our code base uses both languages. Most critically, you will need to have a solid understanding of UIKit and iOS platform norms in order to resolve many issues. You should have existing familiarity with UIKit's best practices and norms.

    Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
    • Triaging new and open issues.
    • Delivering technical solutions and changes to address the issues.
    • Working with our centralized testing infrastructure to ensure that the landed changes do not cause unexpected regressions.
    Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience with Objective-C and UIKit
    • 1+ years of experience with Swift
