    Schedule Requirements:
    Every Saturday - 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. (Lunch Provided)

    Sunday & ________- Off (you will be able to pick another weekday off (Tues/Wed/Thurs). Monday & Friday are required.

    All other days - 9am - 6:30 pm

    This position requires the following responsibilities:
    (The valet team, usually 4-5 members, work as a whole together to complete these requirements throughout the day, typically in rotating stations)


    • Greeting Clients within two minutes of initial arrival (as they drive into the service lane)
    • Reviewing client's appointment for accurate information such as correct phone number, and services requested for their visit. (This will be on a preprinted form, readily accessible for you to find - and is done right at the client's vehicle after arrival)
    • Guiding & introducing them to their service advisor, while giving them a brief rundown of where they will wait, and amenities we provide.
    • Windexing the exterior windshield of the vehicle.
    • Very light vacuum of front two floorboards with high powered cordless handheld portable vac.
    • Moving and re-parking vehicles in appropriate areas
    • When paged on radio system, QUICKLY Retrieving vehicle from back/side lot, removing floor mats and window hangers, before handing off keys and wishing the client well.
    • Shuttling client's home and/or to rental car facilities using company van as needed.
    • Shuttle runs to deliver/retrieve vehicles from other companies we've sublet repairs to.
    • Please be aware that this role exposes you do outdoor elements daily - Heat, Cold, Rain & Snow. Ability to be on your feet all day is a must
