- Prepare and coordinate aircraft schedules according to crew availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customer, employee requests, and government regulations.
- Monitor and follow flights and alert management of overdue aircraft or emergency situations.
- Schedule travel for executives on the Company aircraft and external providers.
- Schedule ground transportation and accommodations for crew members and passengers.
- Enter flight times and keeps department flight records.
- Arrange aircraft fueling for trips and negotiate discounts with fuel providers.
- Coordinate with external vendors on international flights as needed.
- Assist cabin attendants with catering orders.
- Provide accounting services, process charge backs, and participate in annual budget preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills across levels of management.
- FAA aircraft dispatcher license.
- Prior experience working in a business aviation field.
