POSITION

We are seeking a Concierge Patient Coordinator to engage with high-end patients, clientele and VIP members. As a Concierge Patient Coordinator, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, high-end concierge health program. In addition to core patient coordinating duties, including scheduling, follow-ups and check-ins, the Concierge Patient Coordinator will serve as a liaison for all concierge guests. The Concierge Patient Coordinator will accompany patients through their journey, acquire new members, and network with our physician partners. As an ambassador for our brand, this person will carry a positive image of our values throughout the role, including integrity, dignity, and compassion.

We seek a professional with a combination of healthcare patient coordination experience with high net worth and VIP patients and the ability to multi-task priorities throughout the day while being a team player.

The Concierge Patient Coordinator will work closely with the front desk manager and be under the supervision of the Medical Director.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of three years of patient coordination and concierge experience. Experience with medical terminology is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent computer skills and communication skills. EMR knowledge and/ or ability to learn systems quickly. Excellent customer service skills.

EDUCATION CERTIFICATION

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
