Regularly holds safety, quality, customer feedback and financial information meetings with maintenance team membersEnsures, at the start of the shift and throughout the day, the prompt assignment of technicians to specific jobs which are appropriate to their possessed skills and/or to their training needs
Assures accurate distribution of time and materials to specific jobs together with good feedback including proper work order entries
Assures that any necessary corrective work orders stemming from inspections and other sources have been initiated
Minimum 5 years maintenance experience; Experience with Preventative/Planned Maintenance processes and procedures and ability to develop procedures and schedules preferred
Experience working with and maintaining welding machines, hydraulic equipment, mechanical equipment, pneumatic equipment and cooling systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical schematics
Working knowledge of computers and computer software
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Profession (CMRP) certification preferred
College, technical trade, and/or military training/education preferred
