    Responsibilities:

    • Assist veterinarians during routine appointments and surgical procedures, ensuring the well-being of pets and providing support and comfort.
    • Handle sample collection and processing for diagnostics, as well as preparing and shipping laboratory samples.
    • Set up appointment and treatment rooms, administer prescribed medications, and educate clients on treatment procedures and potential side effects.
    • Maintain detailed patient records, manage pharmaceutical inventories, and ensure compliance with controlled substance regulations.
    • Perform various medical tasks such as taking radiographs, dental procedures, and surgical monitoring.
    • Manage instrument sterilization, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness throughout the facility.
