Rare opportunity: We are looking for a skilled RCM Audit and Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving successful outcomes in Revenue Cycle Management. This role involves assisting with audits, supporting database processes, and ensuring operational excellence to enhance client services.

About the role:

Conduct customer-specific database audits to ensure accuracy
Communicate audit progress and results effectively, highlighting key trends and resolutions
Manage end-of-month pre-scrub activities, including approvals and access verification
Perform audits to ensure compliance with contractual guidelines
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
Engage in clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders
Possess a comprehensive understanding of cash applications, billing, and accounts receivable processes
Generate monthly and quarterly reports as per management's requirements
Take on special projects as delegated by management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, collections, or postings within a healthcare setting
Proven ability to collaborate with different levels of management and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and resolve issues with minimal supervision
Effective planning and organizational skills to meet productivity targets
Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and proficient in computer skills
Adaptability to work independently in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, MCO's, and commercial insurance is preferred
