- Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet service level agreements
- Handle product movement efficiently within the shipping location
- Process customer returns promptly
- Report any fulfillment obstacles to the Manager
- Represent the company responsibly while driving
- Effectively load the vehicle based on routing
- Utilize routing apps for efficient deliveries
- Ensure high standards of delivery practices
- Engage with customers during deliveries and update them on upcoming events
- Be proactive in assisting customers with additional needs
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Report any vehicle issues to the Manager
- Maintain proper fuel levels and storage of the vehicle
- Be flexible with work schedules as needed
- Complete any other assigned duties
- Strong verbal and active listening skills
- Exceptional sales and customer service abilities
- Thorough knowledge of the products sold
- Ability to understand and fulfill customer requirements
- Proficiency in operating the point-of-sale system
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in boating or retail is a plus
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Sitting during driving tasks
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
