    HyerTek is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our team. The position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in government contracting. The successful candidate will use platforms such as Sam.Gov, eBuy, GovTribe, g2Xchange, and HigherGov to research opportunities. To manage leads and track opportunities, you'll track and capture all the opportunity details in solutions including Unanet CRM and SharePoint for managing customer relationships and competitive analysis. This role requires a proactive and organized approach to support acquiring government contracts. Such research will help our proposal team create RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to secure government contracts.
    • Utilize GovTribe and HigherGov to identify and monitor federal contracting opportunities.
    • Maintain and update client information within our CRM to ensure effective communication and management of relationships.
    • Support market and competitor analysis using bid tools to make strategic decisions.
    • Help prepare proposals and presentations that meet requirements and budget considerations.
    • Collaborate with team members to align on business development tactics and goals.
    • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.
    • Assist in analyzing sales performance and other key metrics to help refine strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in business development or a similar role; experience in government contracting is ideal.
    • Familiarity with Government Bidding Tools such as GovWin IQ, GovTribe, Sam.Gov, FPDS, , , and is highly desired.
    • Basic understanding of federal procurement processes.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
