In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provides comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions; works with business analysts, architects, technical experts and software vendors on the solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the applications.
Leads the analysis and evaluation of application functionality; provides recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilitiesLeads the determination and documentation of optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications; configures and verifies complex application setup and configuration.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:
Creates and defines the solution design complete with instrumentation and measurement, using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to synthesize diagrams, models, and documentation to build a solution that meets buildability, business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.
Composes and decomposes a system into its component parts using procedures, tools and work aides for the purpose of studying how well the component parts were designed, purchased and configured to interact holistically to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.
Creates designs and formulates models, diagrams and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
Creates and tests a solution for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using industry standards and tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirementsEducation, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulation
Additional experience required:
Hands on techno functional skills with 10 years of Oracle SaaS or ERP implementation experience, good understanding of IT technology trends and enterprise IT architecture.
Experienced IT professional , who for assigned set of manufacturing plants, will be responsible for maintaining strong business partnership and will ensure that all IT assets and business application such as SaaS ERP are available for continuous business usage.
In addition, this role will also be responsible for seamless delivery of ongoing business application enhancements, support corporate initiatives that have direct/indirect impact on Accelera plants and lead IT delivery of approved change projects.
Excellent understanding of Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing E2E business processes. Familiarity with MES/PLM/Indirect Procurement/Digital Twins/Asset Maintenance systems will be a plus.Prior experience in delivering large ERP implementation projects with hands-on IT Lead/Module Lead/Functional Lead role is required. Familiarity with SDLC (Waterfall, Agile etc.) project methodology is also required.
Strong global stakeholder management and effective communication skills to drive impactful business partnership on IT projects, critical outages, and change initiatives.
Accountable for adherence to AOP, employee work plan, facilitating coaching & development needs of employees and performance management.Familiarity with Application Management Services (AMS) delivery model and understanding of associated SLAs/KPIs/OLAs will be plus.
