Teacher Assistant One-on-One

Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.

As a Teacher Assistant One-on-One, you will provide one-on-one mental health and disability services and interventions to enrolled child with special needs. Support implementation of curriculum activities and materials in accordance with Individualized Education and/or Behavior Plans. Assist with and model behavior management techniques, including the use of Conscious Discipline. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive environment.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree with ECE Preschool Certification preferred
Experience working with children under five who have complex needs
Able to work sensitively and effectively with young children with varied physical and emotional capabilities and diverse cultural backgrounds
Ability to learn and implement the Conscious Discipline approach

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range between $ $23.97/hr. dependent on education and experience

Medical, Dental & Vision; Life Insurance; Short/Long term disability; 403B retirement plan with 5% agency match; 13 paid holidays per year; Paid personal, vacation, and sick time

Full Time (30 Hours), Monday – Friday, 52 weeks per year
