- Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance
- Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes
- Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
- Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments
- Working on an as needed basis
- Travelling to client locations throughout the region
- Meeting in-person with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing mental illness or living with a physical disability or intellectual and developmental disability
- Administering Level of Care and Katie Beckett assessments
- Documenting and writing reports
- Professional licensure in Tennessee as a Registered Nurse
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Experience providing nursing care to people who are living physical disabilities, mental illness, and intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Computer skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
