- Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping department with a focus on exceptional service standards
- Address guest concerns promptly, ensuring memorable experiences
- Optimize revenue by active participation in yield management meetings and implementing Revenue Management strategies
- Recruit, train, and manage colleagues to meet department objectives
- Foster a positive work environment for the Housekeeping team
- Enforce all departmental policies, including safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels for guest needs and uphold brand cleanliness standards
- Participate in enhancing brand standards and service levels
- Conduct regular room inspections to maintain quality
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and coordinate tasks
- Manage department budget efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness of all hotel areas
- Uphold safety and sanitation policies
- Perform other duties as required
- Prior luxury hotel experience, with Rooms leadership background
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and OPERA PMS
- Degree in a related field preferred
- Familiarity with bargaining agreements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable team player with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Continuous standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 30 pounds
