    Looking for evening hours?



    Join our dedicated autism treatment team providing behavior therapy for individuals on the autism spectrum.



    We are seeking a Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.



    Our Behavioral Therapists offer therapy based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in home, clinic, and school settings.



    You will conduct behavior modification programs through one-on-one therapy, use electronic data collection, support parent training, and collaborate with team members to deliver a valuable service to our clients and families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
    • Implement personalized treatment plans created by BCBAs
    • Monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans through data collection
    • Assist BCBAs in training families on treatment plan implementation
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
    • Maintain a safe and positive environment for the client
    • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC
    Candidate requirements:
    • Minimum one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges
    • High school Diploma
    • Access to reliable transportation
    • Flexibility to work varying schedules, full-time or part-time
    • Respect for handling confidential information
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    Preferred qualifications:

    -Registered Behavior Technician Certification



    -Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field



    -Minimum one year of clinical experience with a pediatric population



    -Experience in ABA



    Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
