At Sasha Ivanov State Farm agency were committed to building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with the protection and peace of mind they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
Conduct thorough needs analysis with potential and existing clients, and recommend State Farm products and services that meet their needs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Valid state license for selling insurance (or willingness to obtain).
