    Role Overview:

    An Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor ensures top-notch guest satisfaction by efficiently managing the Housekeeping Department’s operations. This role involves task delegation, quality inspections, and proactive guest service.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Maintain a professional appearance with proper attire.
    • Complete mandatory training promptly.
    • Greet guests warmly and stay informed about events.
    • Promptly attend to guest requests and complaints.
    • Participate in team meetings and motivate colleagues.
    • Distribute room assignments and keys.
    • Inspect clean rooms and ensure effective communication with other hotel departments.
    • Train housekeeping staff on chemical usage and safety practices.
    • Report room status updates to the front desk regularly.
    • Supervise lost and found procedures.
    • Follow break and meal schedules as per regulations.
    • Support Housekeeping Supervisor in training and operations.
    • Maintain room security and linen inventories.
    • Schedule deep cleaning and manage department expenses.
    • Physically able to meet job demands and operate hotel equipment.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong team player with customer service and communication skills.
    • Organizational and time management abilities.
    • Capable of handling a fast-paced work environment.
