    BillionToOne's first product, UNITYTM is the first and only non-invasive prenatal test that can directly screen an unborn baby and assess its risk for common and severe recessive gene disorders and chromosomal abnormalities, as well as fetal sex and fetal antigens, from a single tube of blood from the pregnant mother without paternal testing.

    In 2023, BillionToOne launched two liquid biopsy products that will markedly improve oncology treatment and care.

    With Northstar SelectTM, clinicians will be able to select cancer therapies that will be most effective to each patient based on their individual genetic makeup.

    Northstar ResponseTM will enable clinicians to monitor a patient's early response to these cancer therapies, by measuring minute changes in their ctDNA, which can reduce ineffective treatments and unwanted toxicity, lower costs, and substantially improve clinical outcomes.

    BillionToOne is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager, Prenatal to lead the product marketing efforts for the prenatal product portfolio (UNITY Complete).

    This person will work to understand target audiences and their pain points, then develop a unique value proposition, messaging, and executional plan to help the products meet their full potential.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure the successful promotion and adoption of UNITY Complete to patients and providers (OBGYNs).

    This hybrid role will work 3 days/wk out of our Menlo Park office and reports into the Director of Product, Prenatal.


    Responsibilities:

    Product positioning, messaging, and execution:
    Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and supporting resources that resonate with the target audience

    Ideate programs and campaigns:
    Partner with the marketing team to champion campaigns that will help move the needle with our audiencesCut through the noise: Take sophisticated clinical products and simplify their benefits to effectively communicate the value Collaboration with

    External Key Stakeholders:
    Interact with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and other relevant external stakeholders to drive product adoption and product loyalty

    Collaboration with Internal Key Stakeholders:

    Closely collaborate with the sales, medical, and customer service teams to ensure flawless messaging and execution of the product's message.

    Be the "first line of defense" for the sales team when it comes to product marketing.


    Cognitive Diversity:
    Collaborate with many different functions across the organization, including marketing, sales, medical, legal, and sales ops (to name a few) to arrive at the best outcome for our patients and providers

    Requirements:
    Bachelors Degree, with 5+ years of experience marketing to healthcare providers, preferably in molecular diagnostics. *Supporting presentation/case study will be required.
    Masters in Business Administration in marketing is preferred.

    Experience developing product value propositions and differentiated messaging Solid knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across multiple channels.

    Experience building clinical materials (including slide decks and brochures) in partnership with designExperience working alongside global and or brand marketing teamsSolid analytical skills to interpret internal data and leverage external data sources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholdersAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving market environment
