- Portfolio optimization & sustaining activities.
- VOC (Voice of Customer) investigation.
- Roadmap and budgeting collaboration.
- NPI (New Product Introduction) preparation and product launches.
- Market research to assist in defining product strategy; including competitive analysis
- P&L financial performance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Cross-functional team partnerships within sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and more.
- Other duties as assigned or required for product management.
- Bachelor's degree required: Business, Marketing, or similar etc.; MBA is preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant product experience in consumer or manufacturing driven industries.
- Proven track record of delivering extraordinary results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to draw insights from multiple sets of information; Ability to explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and fosters understanding.
