    Changing Lives Productions is the video production company of Dhar Mann Studios, aimed at creating positive content for the social media generation.

    Our short, motivational videos focused on life, business, and relationships receive over 1 Billion views monthly and have garnered over 40 Billion views on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

    The team is led by Dhar Mann, a mission-driven entrepreneur with a global audience of over 100 Million social media followers and one of the highest viewed content creators in the world today.

    BIG PICTURE:
    The Sr.

    Manager of Production Operations will play a critical role in driving the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our digital production company.

    As a strategic partner to the Director of Production & Operations and other senior leaders, the Sr.

    Manager of Production Operations will be responsible for optimizing production processes, implementing best practices to reduce costs and improve speed to market, and ensuring the smooth execution of production and creative.

    This is a leadership position that requires a blend of creative thinking, business acumen, financial discipline and operational expertise to achieve our company's goals.

    The ideal individual will be strong at fostering effective communication and collaboration across all departments, ensuring alignment and synergy among various teams, including creative, pre-production, production, finance, human resources, facilities, sales and distribution.


    HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
    Developing and implementing operational systems and tactics to achieve production objectives against critical volume, revenue and cost KPIs while driving overall company growth
    Collaborating with the Director of Production & Operations and other executives to refine and execute tactical plans to deliver the company's vision and long-term strategic plans
    Providing leadership and guidance to department heads, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
    Streamlining and optimizing production processes, workflows, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency, productivity, budgets and time to market
    Exploiting industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
    Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of all production activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, below budget, and to the highest quality standards
    Collaborating closely with the pre-production, production and post-production teams to align resources, budgets, and timelines with creative and business objectives
    Managing production team members, ensuring they complete productions on time, to a high quality, with high employee satisfaction, and resolving any issues that come up on set
    Ensuring there's contingency plans for all things that can go wrong during a production, including having back up crew members ready to go
    Implementing effective project management methodologies and tools to track progress, identify risks, mitigate issues and drive down costs throughout the production lifecycle
    Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for production-related services and equipment
    Working closely with the exec team to develop and manage the production company's annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
    Regularly leveraging financial data, production costs, and revenue projections to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities
    Hiring and recruiting digitally minded production talent to re-invent production for a digital and entrepreneurial environment


    WHAT YOU HAVE:
    A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the entertainment industry, ideally within a production company.
    Strong understanding of film and television production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.

    But with a mindset to adapting to digital budgets.
    Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
    Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
    Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization
    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    Proficiency in industry-specific software and project management tools


    WHO OVERSEES YOU:
    The Sr. Manager of Production Operations will report directly to the Director of Production & Operations


    WHO YOU OVERSEE:

    WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:
    All the action takes place at our BRAND NEW studio in Burbank, CA


    WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:
    Full time with weekends on-call, must have a flexible schedule, will be discussed during interview
