Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand client relationships within your portfolio by providing professional insurance services.
- Collaborate with various teams to analyze coverage, manage risks, negotiate pricing, and prepare proposals.
- Handle billing issues, policy changes, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on regulations, maintain P&C license, and enhance insurance knowledge through ongoing education.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Experience in managing client accounts through the renewal process.
- Proficiency in coverage, underwriting, and risk management.
- Strong communication, relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present and engage with diverse groups effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, agency management systems, and web browser software.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor's Degree and insurance designations are a plus.
