- We are seeking dedicated Nurses who are enthusiastic about their profession to join our expanding Home Health and Hospice agency. You will be part of a team dedicated to enhancing and building a brighter future for our patients. Our benefits package is excellent. - Responsibilities of the RN include home visits for various skilled needs like wound care, IV treatment, patient assessment, and family education. We provide support to families during challenging times, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach to act as a patient advocate and family liaison.
- Required:
- Current RN licensure in Illinois, verifiable on the Illinois State website.
- Associate's degree; BSN degree required within 3 years of hiring.
- Stable work history, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, good listening abilities, flexibility, positive attitude, valid driver's license with current auto insurance, and at least 1-2 years of Nursing experience.
- Preferred:
- BSN degree
- Prior experience in Home Health and Hospice
