    Home Care for the 21st Century-Boynton Beach -

    Must have a book of business in the Palm Beach County Area:


    This is an outside sales position that covers Palm Beach County. The responsibilities include building relationships, developing, and maintaining a network of home care referrals, meeting monthly admission goals, managing relationship with referral sources, implementing marketing sales strategies, and establishing new business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and marketing and collaboration and thrive in a fun work environment.


    Qualifications:

    • Must have an active book of business in Palm Beach County, FL.

    • Solid community and professional contacts within the geographic market.

    • A minimum of 2 years outside healthcare experience working with various health care partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry

    • One year of home care sales experience is required.

    • Preferred an RN with sales experience home care private duty nursing.

    • Intermediate knowledge of sales techniques - must be capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas.

    • Basic knowledge of physician, hospital or skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning services

    • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings, as required.
