Description

As a key leader within our vibrant and dynamic organization, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the operational excellence of our facilities.

This role is responsible for strategic plans, financial performance, leadership, and day to day operation.

This Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this leadership position requires a strategic, hands-on professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals for the Campground, RV Resort, and Restaurant, fostering growth and sustainability.

Innovate and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience across all facilities.
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the Campground, RV Resort, and Restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Coordinate activities to optimize efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service standards.
Implement strategies to solicit and respond to guest feedback, continuously elevating the guest experience.
Oversee budget development and financial performance for each area, identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the upkeep of all facilites.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
Implement and monitor adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for the campground, RV resort, and restaurant operations.
Work with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain guests.
Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing channels to increase brand visibility.

Foster positive relationships with the local community, collaborating on events and partnerships to enhance the overall image and impact of the facilities.

About You:
Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, specifically overseeing campgrounds, RV resorts, and restaurants.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Business acumen with a focus on financial management and budgeting.
Knowledge of outdoor recreation, campground operations, and culinary services.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
