JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for Deplating, Dewaxing and Inspection / Wrapping molds for Casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.

Attend all EH&S training.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS in the Equiax / DS Foundry Removes molds from the output dry tunnels, removes hardware from molds and records mold weights Loads and unloads autoclave & continuous Dewax oven.
In the Equiax Foundry perform the Core Reclaim operation when needed. Perform mold wash / inspection/ mold wrap and boroscope operation. Operates attendant equipment. Transports materials and molds as required. Maintains a clean and safe working area. Cleans and prepares hardware for wax assembly.
