    Job Description

    A Manager - Front Office II plays a key role in guiding and overseeing Front Office operations at the hotel to ensure top-notch guest service and financial success.



    Responsibilities
    • Manage Front Office operations including guest service, room inventory, quality control, cost management, and profitability
    • Supervise team members, provide training, conduct evaluations, and offer recognition
    • Recruit and onboard new team members
    • Monitor service trends, address issues, and enhance customer satisfaction
    • Oversee VIP guest handling and up-selling strategies
    • Ensure team members are well-informed about hotel offerings and local attractions

    Requirements
    • Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency
    • Show qualities like quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability
