- Support the CNI Manager and other CNI Team Managers in developing the department for the delivery of high-quality services to the highest professional standards, provide exceptional customer service and produce a culture where staff can thrive.
- Support the CNI Manager with management of the department including communications, service development, managing budgets and staff development.
- Administer and enforce written IT policies and procedures to maintain quality standards and reduce risks.
- Provide project management for assigned projects.
- Serve as deputy for the CNI Manager in their absence, managing the department's operations and delivery of IT services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 6 years experience in various IT disciplines. required
- In depth technical knowledge of networking protocols and services, systems administration of Linux and Windows systems, core applications such as associated file systems, email and distributed services.
- In depth knowledge of software development and programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, etc.
- Moderate knowledge of cybersecurity practices.
- Moderate knowledge of principles of data center operations and best practices for maintaining and delivering IT services.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present complex problems and solutions.
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in IT project management and the management of budgets.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred.
