The Estate Manager works directly with homeowners to execute the overall management and maintenance of their properties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Managers must have the ability to efficiently manage multiple properties by coordinating often complex schedules while working around the demands of the homeowners and/or their representatives.
• Must be prepared to handle any task from collecting the mail to completing a home inspection to implementing and completing projects around the property.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, audio/video, pool equipment, HVAC a must.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
