Join Our Team as a Youth Behavioral Health (YBH) Program Manager at SIHC!
The Youth Behavioral Health (YBH) Program Manager, a licensed therapist, will provide therapeutic services to children and youth, ages 0-25, and their families at SIHC. Be the key liaison between SIHC Medical, Indian Child Social Services, and Behavioral Health, ensuring wrap-around services are delivered effectively. Collaborate closely with the SIHC medical department and other youth service programs within SIHC.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Education & Experience: Must be licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the California Board of Psychology as LCSW or Licensed Psychologist. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist and working with youth and trauma. Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices required with a preference for experience with domestic violence and sexual assault victims.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid California driver's license and necessary certifications for the role.
Character: Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality. Professional, respectful, and able to work well within a team.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
Physical & Personal Requirements: Ability to work in a clinic/office environment, handle physical demands, and travel as needed.
Compliance: Uphold compliance culture, learn and adhere to all policies, and report any violations.
Additional: Strong understanding of patient record regulations, crisis intervention, and Native American cultural practices.
