    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. This position is full-time (40 hours/week). To be considered for this position, candidate will need to be located in the Midwest region.

    Job Summary:

    Are you independent, detail oriented, and have a no quit attitude? We are looking for someone with a hunter's mentality to build relationships with new and existing customers. These relationships will allow you to increase business volume thereby earning top commission potential on top of your base salary. Our Account Executive serves as a sales liaison between Homelink and prospective & existing clients. The Account Executive is tasked with bringing revenue generating opportunities to Homelink. These opportunities are recognized through prospecting, maintaining regular points of contact, coordinating & attending qualified meetings/networking events, and collaborating with National Account Managers to grow the Homelink customer base.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Educating prospects and customers about Homelink's temporary housing solutions.
    • Generating leads, cold calling, and prospecting potential accounts. Taking a proactive approach to prospecting.
    • Closing customer contracts and generating new claims.
    • Appropriately utilizing Salesforce automation tools to track progress, daily sales activities, manage pipeline, and report goals.
    • Analyzing customer needs, addressing concerns, and working with Homelink leadership to develop solutions.
    • Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within respective customers and securing higher-level activities (working in conjunction with National Account Managers).
    • Collaborating with National Account Managers, Operational teammates, and Homelink leadership to develop strategies and executional milestones to incrementally grow business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain an understanding specific to territory needs, temporary housing market, competitive offerings/pricing to meet customer demands.
    • Regularly attends sales events and meetings with National Account Manager.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience. High School diploma required.
    • 5+ years' experience in sales/marketing or public relations.
    • 2+ or more years in insurance sales and marketing experience required.
    • Ability to persuade and influence others through a consultative sales approach.
    • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
    • Internally motivated to achieve company objectives and personal goals.
    • Demonstrated success and career progression in prior sales roles.
    • Highly energetic and self-motivated.
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite & CRM software for sales.
    • Ability to travel to sales meetings and conferences. Required to have reliable and available transportation for local travel needs.

    Work Environment and Physical Demands:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in both a verbal and written manner and must have the ability to hear and verbally respond during interactions with staff and customers. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

    This position is full-time. It will require a flexible schedule that may necessitate evenings/weekends and regular travel (both local and nationwide).
