    **Job Description:**

    Overall Purpose: Responsible for serving as the strategic HR partner with business leaders working across organizations and to provide consultation across a broad range of HR areas, including talent management, staffing, workforce planning, diversity and employee development. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Role is a trusted advisor to AT&T business unit leaders. Responsible for delivering strategic Human Resources client services support to one or more officer direct report organizations or a combination thereof, with a focus on Sr Leaders, Officer Direct Report Orgs, or Officer Orgs. Works independently with minimal guidance and has wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically has some experience in more than one client group (sales, non sales, domestic, international, executive compensation, etc.) Conducts complex analysis of data and confers expertise relating to recommending solutions. Analyzes and researches HR related data and/or practices on assigned projects. Acts as a supporting team lead or project manager for various HR initiatives in support of business unit and/or HR objectives and goals. Drives toward common cross-business unit processes and solutions. Provides general education to other HR managers and shares best practices and enterprise- wide perspective across organizations. Provides support in creating and / or directing processes and solutions to support HR objectives in partnership with business unit. Conducts analysis of employee and business unit performance to help determine progress toward established goals and objectives. Promotes positive employee relations environment and employee engagement through effective communications, policies, practices and teamwork. Confers senior HR tactical support to business unit leadership In some cases may provide training or mentoring to less experienced staff. Education: Typically Bachelors of Arts Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Typically 5-7 years of experience without bachelors degree or 1 to 3 years of related experience with bachelors degree. Supervisory: No.

    $118, $178,200.00
