- Contribute to the strategic plan for GME, setting short and long-term goals
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance program effectiveness
- Identify and address challenges, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with managers to implement performance improvement plans
- Engage stakeholders and drive commitment to organizational changes
- Manage assigned programs and organize educational meetings for program administrators
- Maintain knowledge of relevant governing bodies for GME
- Regularly meet with program directors and administrators
- Ensure policies and procedures are updated and documented accordingly
- Monitor evaluations, work hours, and compliance documentation
- Participate in program reviews and site visits
- Facilitate communication and paperwork for incoming and outgoing rotations
- Process trainee terminations and promotions
- Coordinate application and documentation for incoming trainees
- Ensure compliance with licensing, visas, and training requirements
- Verify and maintain essential trainee information in relevant systems
- Plan and execute GME orientation programs
- Communicate effectively with new trainees
- Verify completion of necessary training and enrollment processes
- Support annual graduation activities as needed
- Manage onboarding process for rotating residents
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health requirements
- Coordinate access to facilities and resources for incoming rotators
- Provide necessary support and guidance to rotating trainees
- Review and maintain accurate trainee schedules
- Assist in making corrections for regulatory reports
- Anticipate and address customer needs promptly
