You will take on the following responsibilities:
Develop end-to-end production ML/AI solutions, serving as central intelligence embeddable in products across HCM applications
Leverage diverse data sources, variety of modeling techniques and emerging tools to create high-performing recommendations and personalization.
Analyze and clean large datasets to design and optimize reusable machine learning models
Partner with teams across the company to implement intelligence that drastically improve use experience
Collaborate with platform and infrastructure engineers to create scalable, secure and resilient production systems
To Succeed in this role, you need:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM field with minimum 2 years of industrial experience
Solid understanding of active and continuous learning methodology and machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
Experience with Python/Java, including deep learning frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Spacy.
Internships/work experience with machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning
Experience with cloud environments(AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data processing frameworks such as Spark.
Ability to learn by doing, to adapt to ever-changing requirements and have a bias for action and outcome
Strong written and verbal communication skills
