    About the role:

    We seek highly dedicated, motivated, and passionate IT Analysts--like you--who can use the right tools to find the best solutions to problems. Our IT Analysts are responsible for ensuring an excellent level of IT customer service by providing direct support to INVIDI employees globally. You will also be responsible for prioritizing work and maintaining appropriate support coverage to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents related to software and systems used by INVIDI employees.

    A successful candidate will have a passion for technology and customer service and strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal capabilities. This position requires a strong technical skillset, great customer service skills, and the desire to learn.

    The IT Analyst is accountable for meeting or exceeding defined service level performance metrics and engaging INVIDI team members to ensure satisfaction with delivered services. You must be able to adapt to change and learn quickly in a dynamic and growing company.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Provide phone, email, and remote desktop and on-site technical support to team members to resolve hardware and software issues
    • Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network-related issues
    • Perform systems administration for Office 365, Slack, Ring Central, Jira, as well as other enterprise systems utilized by INVIDI
    • Set up and provision new equipment (laptops, desktops, cell phones) and software access, as specified by team member role standards
    • Inventory management tasks
    • Be a self-starter and 'own' your tickets by supporting issues and requests from start to research to resolution; Escalate as required to Lead IT Support
    • Ensure appropriate prioritization of support issues according to severity, impact, and other defined parameters
    • Ensure support tickets are updated clearly and appropriately, with effective and timely communication to the team members who submitted the tickets
    • Document and maintain our IT Knowledgebase
    • Support conference and training room troubleshooting, responsible for movement and care of equipment for changes in room or seating arrangements
    • Other duties as assigned

    You must have:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years working as a Desktop Support or Helpdesk Support Technician and/or relative work experience
    • Degree in Computer Science or related field; IT experience with increased responsibility of IT roles may substitute for a degree
    • CompTIA or equivalent certifications preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven customer service abilities, including the ability to communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing to employees
    • Ability to thrive and work in a team-oriented environment; provide back up support to team members and foster positive working relationships with co-workers within and across functional areas within the organization
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities at any given time
    • Drive to expand technology borders through training and research.
    • Ability and willingness to work extended hours or a modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations
    • Ability to fulfill on-call responsibilities on a regular, rotation schedule, along with the rest of the IT team members

    It will be very good if you have experience in:

    • Microsoft Server 20XX; Microsoft Windows 10 & 11
    • Apple OSX and iOS systems
    • Linux OS
    • Microsoft Office 365; Adobe Acrobat
    • Collaborative tools such as Slack
    • Virtualization Technologies
    • Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Amazon Web Services
    • Atlassian JIRA and Confluence (including JIRA Service Desk)
    • Networking troubleshooting knowledge (IP, Ethernet/Wi-Fi, switches, routers)
    • Experience with hosted VOIP phone systems such as Ring Central
    • Remote desktop solutions, such as Terminal Server, RDP, TeamViewer, and VPN

    Physical Requirements:

    • INVIDI is a conscious, clean, well-organized, and supportive office environment.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal.
