    Job Listing: H-E B Pharmacy Technician H-E B operates a chain of over 250 pharmacies in Texas with a team of 800 Pharmacists maintaining a 3:1 technician support ratio. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age of 18 - Experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting - Active CPhT certification Responsibilities Include: - Providing superior customer service and embodying service standards - Managing exception stations and handling prescriptions from customers - Coordinating various pharmacy events and professional services activities - Handling inventory, orders, invoices, and equipment maintenance - Ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards and procedures - Participating in facility and office maintenance Background Needed: - At least 18 years old - High school diploma or equivalent - 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred) - 1+ years as a retail Certified Pharmacy Technician - Active Texas CPhT registration - Completion of required training Skills Required: - Proficiency in pharmacy management tasks and RxEVO system - Knowledge of H-E B SOPs - Strong communication and telephone etiquette - Intermediate computer skills - Ability to handle multiple priorities - Capacity to work in high-stress situations Additional Requirements: - Ability to function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment - Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends - Physical abilities such as standing for extended periods, lifting 30 lbs, and manual dexterity - Meeting specific vision requirements If you align with these requirements and are ready to contribute to a dynamic pharmacy environment, consider applying for the H-E B Pharmacy Tech position.
