- Strategic Clinic Flow Management- Provide strategic direction and daily supervision of clinical operations to optimize patient flow and enhance overall efficiency. - Staff Development and Training- Lead comprehensive training programs for clinic staff to ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care standards. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to enhance staff performance and professional growth.
- NextGen Integration and Training- Serve as the primary liaison for electronic medical record platforms such as NextGen, overseeing implementation, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care standards. - Compliance Oversight- Work with the OSHA compliance officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines. Conduct regular audits, training sessions, and updates to maintain a safe and compliant clinical environment for both staff and patients.
- Team Leadership and Support- Work with reception and communications teams providing leadership, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Vendor Management and Partnerships- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clinic vendors and external partners to optimize resource allocation and enhance patient care services. Collaborate with vendor representatives to explore innovative solutions and products that align with organizational objectives.
- Incident Management and Patient Care Coordination- Oversee the handling of on-site injuries and incidents, ensuring prompt response, documentation, and appropriate follow-up care. Coordinate with providers and external agencies as necessary to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Data Reporting and Quality Assurance- Maintain and analyze clinical data, including MIPS reports, cancer registries, and patient care metrics. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement quality assurance initiatives.
- Operational Planning and Execution- Develop and maintain operational schedules including staff rotations, CPR training, and clinical schedules. Ensure effective communication and coordination of resources to support the seamless delivery of patient care services.
