    **Its that time of the year: DaySpring has LOTS of orders to fill and ship We are looking for quality folks to hire as Seasonal Order Pullers.**

    The hourly rate is $13, and full-time schedules (40 hours M-F) are available. The hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. There is some schedule flexibility, but Order Pullers must be available to work a minimum of 6 hours daily and a minimum of 24 hours per week. DaySpring will pay a $750 (NET) bonus for all who work the duration of the assignment, through the end of the year.

    **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

    The Order Puller position is located in Siloam Springs, AR. This warehouse position is responsible to pull, pack and ship both retail and direct to consumer orders, maintaining established metrics for efficiency, utilization and accuracy. Performs any other related duties as required or assigned by manager.

    **REQUIREMENTS**

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

    Regularly push, pull or lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50lbs.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Six months previous experience in a related field.

    Knowledge and appreciation for DaySpring's Mission.

    Strong work ethic, perseverance and initiative.

    Honesty and integrity in actions.

    Mental alertness.
