    Who we're looking for

    Toyota'sService Parts & Accessories Development - Engineering Support Services Group (SPAD ESS) is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedEngineering Administrator.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to support the SPAD Engineering group.

    The person in this role will support the SPAD DE/QE Engineering groups' objective to develop accessories for Toyota/Lexus.

    What you'll be doing

    • Assist DE and QE in accessory fit checks.
    • Support vehicle assembly and disassembly as required.
    • Support vehicle evaluations as required.
    • Time Studies, part ordering and parts shipment
    • High bay management- Tool Maintenance, Shop Organization, Cleanliness
    • Support QE APA parts storage and retrieval
    • Hazardous material new chemical request administration and review
    • Safety training and tracking of team members training records
    • Travel as needed to off sites to be able to perform fit check/assembly and disassembly/evaluation activities.

    What you bring

    • Associates Degree or higher or 3+ years of equivalent professional automotive experience
    • Experience in automotive mechanics in a shop or manufacturing environment, including parts disassembly and reassembly
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint

    Added bonus if you have

    • ASE Master Certified Technician
    • Knowledge of commercial health and safety practices
    • Experience training in classroom and/or on the job environment
