In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating the timely resolution of customer inquiries within a B2B environment.

The position involves order-related case management, order entry review, warranty-related resolution, and acquiring in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Order-Related Case Management:

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries related to orders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve order-related issues.

Order Entry Review:

• Conduct thorough reviews of order entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and rectify discrepancies or potential issues in the order entry process.

Warranty-Related Resolution:

• Assist customers in resolving warranty-related concerns or product issues.
• Work closely with the warranty department to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Acquire Product Knowledge:

• Continuously update and enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about new products and features.
