    We are now looking for a QA Specialist to join our team and work on cutting-edge trading and fintech products.


    YOU ARE:

    YOU HAVE:
    Significant experience in a QA roleThe ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designsExperience with TDD/BDD and Test AutomationKnowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in itStrong communication and collaboration skills, feeling comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders


    YOU WILL:

    Propose, create, and enhance the project's test strategy considering the test automation approachConfidently leverage your experience in questioning and challenging existing practices while actively promoting QA best practices.

    Encourage a mindset/culture by educating your team that quality is everyone's responsibility and focusing your time on value-add testing tasks, rather than routine checks.

    Design, maintain, and execute test cases and provide your analysis of the resultsBuild a solid understanding of business, technical, and operational requirementsWork with the team to define the quality assurance processCollaborate with other QA and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverageWork with Dev and DevOps team to improve our test automation tools and solutionsWHY US:

    THE PROCESSLong interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.


    So here you will have three stage interviews:1- A chat with one of our great recruiters2- A Zoom chat with our QA colleagues where they will ask you detailed questions about QA knowledge and your experience3- A Face to Face interview (either in our office or via Zoom).

    During this interview, we will dig even deeper, and you will have a technical task to doBut don't worry; everything will be explained to you step by step by your recruiter.
