- Perform nutrition assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for patients in need of nutrition support
- Create nutrition care plans and track patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
- Educate patients and families on nutrition-related matters
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings
- Contribute to the creation and execution of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field; Preferred: Master's degree
- Must have Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Active state-required credentials and/or licensure to practice as a Dietitian in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years in medical nutrition therapy; Critical care experience preferred
- Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential required
- Understanding of medical nutrition therapy and nutrition support protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
