CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Software Developer with TS/SCI clearance with polygraph:

Work with customer and Software Development/Systems Engineering team to design and develop software applications.
Assist in migrating applications from legacy platforms to cloud.
Analysis of customer requirements and creating effective software application designs.
Experience with Java, Ruby, .NET, AWS, Spring framework, JavaScript, various testing frameworks, XML, JSON, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and other platforms.
Participate in requirements meetings, software development, deployment, testing, and administration.
Comfortable working independently or with a team, self-motivated, excellent project management skills, and interface with stakeholders.
Position located in Northern Virginia with local travel required.

Required Skills:

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Minimum 5 years experience in JavaScript.
Minimum 3 years experience in Agile Software Development.
AWS Solutions Architect Certificate (2018 or later).
Strong software development, design, and testing skills.
Proficiency in various software development technologies and testing frameworks.
Interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
Self-motivated, responsible, detail oriented, and team player.
High attention to detail.

Required Experience:

5+ years software development with JavaScript.
3+ years Agile software development best practices.
5+ years software development in Java, Ruby, .NET.
3+ years AWS/cloud experience incl. design, testing, deployment.
HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
2+ years in secure US Government environments.
Experience with jQuery, AJAX, JSON.
Knowledge of Software Development Platforms.
Content transition/migration experience.
Understanding of project management and business processes.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in IT field preferred.
Other education or demonstrated ability may be substituted.
