- Recruit staff members for all food and beverage outlets
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Responsible for training staff
- Write weekly schedules for all staff
- Accurately complete bi-weekly payroll. Comply with Jonathan Club standards and state and city mandates-time edits, sick and vacation time, meal penalties
- Daily public speaking (up to 15 minutes) with pre-shift staff meeting
- Responsible for staff performance appraisals
- Responsible for ordering supplies needed for staff and outlets
- You are a team player. You work well with other departments
- You are an effective communicator
- Proficient in MS Office
- Accurately enter data and verbiage for a daily recap report
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and walk short distances
- Must be able to bend, stoop, stretch, twist, crouch, kneel, grasp, reach
- Ability to adhere to all safety and security policies
