    Schedule/shift: TBD by Supervisor

    Pay rate:$24-$30/hr depending on experience
    • Bonus: $250 first 60 days and another $250 after 120 days.
    • Must be able to commute to Fairbanks during the summer
    • Background and MVR required
    Job Summary/Responsibilities:

    Interior and exterior window and glass cleaning both at the ground level and above ground level.

    Machinery/Equipment/Tools Operated:

    Extension and step ladders, building swingstage equipment and motors. Scaffold, motorized lifts, brushes, squeegees, scissor lift, boom truck lift, bosen chair, genie-man lift, extension poles, various scrapping tools. Must be comfortable with heights.
